Project Overview
Steve Davis is the founder and CEO of the Texas-based Total Wealth Academy. As an entrepreneur who has been helping people create secondary, passive income streams through real estate investment for over 30 years, he is a living example of the success his teachings and methods can create.
Steve is passionate about helping others succeed to become wealthy and live a balanced life filled with love, laughter, and purpose, as his definition of wealth is not based merely on monetary earnings. In addition to his mentoring program, Steve runs a weekly, eponymously named radio show and podcast that airs nationally.
The Problem
The Total Wealth Academy is physically located in Houston, Texas, where Steve regularly runs his face-to-face seminars. Between both his business and weekly radio show, he is known in the Houston area.
