Monitoring and Compliance: The Marketing Department is responsible for monitoring adherence to this policy and will periodically review marketing practices to safeguard ethical standards.
Violations: Employees or affiliates found violating this policy will be subject to disciplinary measures, which may include termination of employment or contractual relationships.
Enforcement:
The Marketing Department enforces this policy and is authorized to take corrective actions against any entity within Otter PR found in violation.
