Kevin J. O’Brien is a seasoned trial lawyer and partner at Ford O’Brien Landy LLP, based in New York City. He is a former Assistant US Attorney for the Department of Justice and specializes in white-collar criminal defense, commercial and securities litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, regulatory enforcement cases, and arbitrations. He has tried over 25 court cases and numerous arbitrations to verdict.
Kevin would like PR for himself as a way to further establish his expertise in white collar law, providing commentary and legal analysis for cases of that kind, as well as give thoughts on current trending topics in the legal world.

One of the most successful examples we’ve had thus far is a TV interview on BBC World News with Kevin providing commentary on the Elizabeth Holmes verdict. We’ve also been able to secure him a placement in Bloomberg Law regarding the Elizabeth Holmes trial, as well.
