Jay Jung is the founder and managing partner at Embarc Advisors. A Wharton School graduate, Jay has previously worked as Goldman Sachs’s Vice President of investment banking, and at Mckinsey & Co. as an engagement manager. At Embarc Advisors, Jay brings high-level financial consultations to smaller-to-medium-sized businesses and startups — services that are usually reserved only for Fortune 500 companies. He has nearly 20 years of experience in M&A, capital raising, and corporate finance. He currently works with startups as a fractional CFO, or advises them as a consultant.

The Problem
