Dr. Kamilah Stevenson (aka “Dr. Kamilah”) is a published author, counselor, healthy lifestyle advocate, and the Founder/CEO of Healthy & Better. With a firm belief in the importance of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health for all individuals, she has dedicated her life to helping others become their best selves by learning how to take care of themselves physically.
Dr. Kamilah firmly believes that for one to be on the right path in life, that person must be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually ready. She takes time to give guidance and motivation to those who are at a crossroads in their lives, as well as those who are confused or uncertain about what they want out of life. Through her counseling, she strives to reach out to the hearts of those who need help and encouragement so they can move forward with confidence and hope.
