Hi, I'm Tiffani

Background:

Tiffani is a native Floridian. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Keiser University with a BA in Business Management and focus in Human Resource Management. Tiffani excels at putting the “human” back into “Human Resources”. She comes from a non-profit and Property and Casualty insurance background with focused knowledge on the needs of Florida residents. Her tenure in non-profit led her to managing one of the top 100 largest churches in the nation with more than 2,000 members. Her passion is in conflict management where she strives to take in all perspectives, ensuring all parties are respected and heard with fairness and empathy.

Favorite Parts of Otter:

Being an open communicator is something Tiffani takes joy in. Having a strong relationship with the staff, executives, and outside clients and vendors is her top priority, along with promoting a healthy and harmonious work environment for all Otters. The flexibility and inclusion at Otter PR outweighs that of any company she’s experienced and is a joy to work in.

Otter Things to Know:

Tiffani and her husband, Bobby, have two daughters. Their oldest, Kayliana, is attending FAU to pursue her Doctorate in Clinical Phycology, while their youngest, Alinea, is bravely facing eighth grade this fall. Tiffani and her husband are pirates, and they enjoy participating in both Gasparilla events with The Krewe of The Black Pearl and their Jeep Krewe Scallywags. Each is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity focusing on foster home kids (Black Pearl) and Johns Mission for Veteran suicide awareness (Jeep Krewe).

Tiffani has a passion for community, and is excited to utilize her role with Otter PR to bring her expertise to the local community. She has also been nominated for Tampa Bay Woman of the Year — twice!
