A Little About Myself
Background:
April obtained her BA in Sociology from the University of Central Florida. Prior to joining Otter PR, she served as an Operations Manager for a small transportation and translation company. Her 25 years of experience in Customer Service, alongside 15 years in leadership and administrative positions, allow her to support her fellow Otters with whatever they may need.
Favorite Tasks Types:
April loves creating and taking on creative projects for the Raft, but ensuring team-wide organization is her bread and butter. Identifying inefficiencies and finding ways to improve them through better processes brings her great satisfaction.
Otter things:
April is an active member of her local community and spends much of her free time working with various organizations to help make it a better place. She and her partner also enjoy exploring the outside world and hiking through any one of Florida’s many beautiful parks.
