Otter PR™ Payment Authorization
This Otter PR™ Payment Authorization (the “Payment Agreement”) is between___________ (“you” or “your” or "I"), with an address of________; if you are a corporate entity, ______________, your principal signing in their individual capacity (“principal”); and Otter Love LLC d/b/a Otter PR™ and its affiliates (“Otter PR”, “us,” “we”), a Florida limited liability company, with a principal office at 320 1st Ave N St. Petersburg, FL 33701. This Payment Agreement is intended to supplement Section 4 of the Otter PR Service Agreement, which is expressly incorporated herein by reference.
I hereby authorize Otter PR (Otter Love LLC) to initiate electronic debits or credits to my designated personal and/or business bank, credit card or debit card account(s) as per the terms outlined herein. I acknowledge that all electronic transactions must comply with the laws and regulations of the United States, including but not limited to the rules governing Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. This authorization will remain active until canceled.

When you submit your payment and electronic signature you agree to the terms of the Service Agreement (https://otterpr.com/terms-of-service/). If there is a conflict between this and the Service Agreement, the Service Agreement rules. This agreement outlines a subscription service that renews automatically based on the Billing Cycle you choose during checkout. Your account will automatically be charged the service fee according to the selected Billing Cycle or through an invoice. You authorize us to change the billing method for your account as needed. You understand that some payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal, will have a 3% fee. This payment term and authorization continue until you cancel your subscription or authorization through a specified cancellation form (https://otterpr.com/cancellation/). The Billing Cycle, which can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or a custom period, determines when you are billed. Upon renewal, you are obliged to complete the Billing Cycle, and no refunds are available, making 'ALL SALES FINAL.' For instance, if you subscribe for a year but decide to stop after ten months, no partial refunds are granted due to the discounted rate you initially received. While you can upgrade services during a Billing Cycle, downgrades are not permitted. For cancellation or package changes within a monthly Billing Cycle, more than seven (7) days' notice is required through one of the official Otter PR forms. For long-term contracts or agreements with payment terms longer than one (1) month, you must provide twenty (20) days' notice of account changes. If there is a conflict between this agreement and the Payment Schedule Agreement, the Payment Schedule Agreement rules. Long-term Payment Schedules cannot be canceled early. In the case of early cancellation, you will still be obligated to pay out the total agreement amount. You understand that exact payment dates may vary and can be adjusted at Otter PR's discretion. You also allow Otter PR to adjust your package or pricing upon receiving written consent from you, the client. By completing this form, ALL SALES ARE FINAL except as specifically noted in the Otter PR guarantee at Otter PR's discretion. Clients may submit payments through a payment portal to protect confidential information. In this case, payment details may be indicated as 'provided at checkout', partial details, or something similar.
Payment Terms: The payment terms are a crucial part of your agreement with Otter PR. Payments are required to be invoiced and/or collected automatically by the specified Billing Cycle unless otherwise stated in a separate payment schedule agreement. Payment continues indefinitely until canceled or terminated as outlined in the service agreement.
Start Date: The start date refers to the commencement date of the service, from which billing and service delivery timelines are calculated. This marks the original start of any billing agreement.
Payment Amount: This is the fee agreed upon for services rendered per Billing Cycle, which is billed according to the plan selected by the client at the time of signing the agreement.
Automatic Billing Cycle: Payment amounts are automatically billed as per the cycle noted in the service package (e.g., monthly, annually). This billing will continue unless the subscription is canceled or the agreement is terminated. Early cancellation of payment schedules is not allowed, and the minimum total payment amount will be due in all cases.
Minimum Number of Payments: Otter PR may specify a minimum number of payments in the payment schedule agreement, especially for subscription-based services. This ensures that payments continue for the agreed duration. For example, a minimum of 12 monthly payments for a yearly subscription is required, and the total agreed payment amount remains due even if the service is canceled before this period.
Minimum Total Payment Amounts Due: This refers to the total amount that must be paid over the course of the subscription or agreement term, as specified in the payment schedule. This amount is based on the agreed payment amount and the minimum number of payments and cannot be canceled.
Electronic Signature - You acknowledge and agree that by clicking on the button labeled "CONFIRM PURCHASE," "SUBMIT", "DOWNLOAD", "PLACE MY ORDER", "I ACCEPT" or such similar links as may be designated by Otter PR to accept the terms and conditions of this Payment Agreement, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and are entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by these terms. Pursuant to any applicable statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws, including without limitation the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, P.L. 106-229 (the "E-Sign Act") or other similar statutes, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS AND OTHER RECORDS AND TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED THROUGH THE SITE OR SERVICES OFFERED BY OTTER PR. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records, or to payments or the granting of credits by other than electronic means.
