OTTER PR - PODCAST GUEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Otter PR Podcast! We're excited to have you join us as a guest. To ensure a smooth collaboration, we've outlined the following terms and conditions. Please review, and by agreeing to participate in our podcast, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms:

1. Content Release: a. You grant Otter PR the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, and republish audio, video, and photographic portraits or pictures of you, or in which you may be included intact or in part, or composite or distorted in character or form, without restriction as to changes or transformations, or reproduction hereof in color or otherwise, made through any medium at our studios or elsewhere, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, specifically including but not limited to print media and distribution over the internet for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other purpose whatsoever.

b. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your likeness appears.

2. Rights to Use Content for Marketing: a. You grant Otter PR the full right to use, re-use, publish, or re-publish any segment, snippet, or the entire recording in connection with the marketing, advertising, and promotion of the Otter PR Podcast or Otter PR services.

b. Otter PR may use your name, likeness, and any provided bio-data or other information to promote, publicize, or advertise the podcast episode.

3. Scheduling and Rescheduling: a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your appearance on the podcast, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

b. Otter PR reserves the right to reschedule the podcast recording due to unforeseen circumstances or logistical reasons. We will make every effort to communicate these changes in a timely manner.

4. Publication Discretion Based on Quality: a. While we anticipate a successful recording session, Otter PR reserves the right not to publish the podcast episode based on quality, technical difficulties, or content relevancy.

b. Otter PR is committed to maintaining a high standard for our listeners, and not all recordings may meet the required standards for publication. The decision to publish or not publish is at the sole discretion of Otter PR.

5. Indemnification: a. You agree to release and hold harmless Otter PR, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the use of the recordings, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction, or production of the finished product, its publication, or distribution.
