The Foster Group is a boutique agency specializing in legal consulting. Founder Michelle Foster is well respected in the legal community and has broad set relationships with hiring and managing partners of top-tier firms nationwide. Her success can be attributed to her approach as a career consultant versus a typical agency recruiter. Michelle can seamlessly offer marketplace intelligence and discuss in detail complimentary law firms for your practice, their culture, and workplace environment.
Michelle is seeking press to increase business for her legal recruiting firm. Clients include candidates who include lawyers looking for new job placements, and law firms who are looking for new employees.

The Problem
Increase client traffic to her website and utilize their services.
The Strategy
The main part of our strategy is to adhere to the current trends in the legal community and made Michelle seem like an expert in the field with insider information. The legal community is extremely interested in the effects of the pandemic on the legal community, especially remote work. Lawyers were forced to work from home during the pandemic but many attorneys quickly realized that working remotely had great benefits. Work-life balance is a major issue for the legal profession and many lawyers decided they wanted to remain remote even as law firms started opening back up to in-office work. We also framed Michelle as a seasoned, female lawyer who has seen the legal industry change over the years to be more accepting of women in the field. Lastly, we included recruiting and career advice pitches to attract outlets that reported on careers as a whole.
