Rewards Bunny is a cashback rewards platform that is making it easy for people to earn, invest in and spend cryptocurrency. As with any cryptocurrency and blockchain-based company the initial problem was evidencing the credibility of management, the project, and the model. We did not focus on the promotion of the token but rather the product and platform while extolling the expertise of its founders, Jacky Goh and Ivaylo Yovkov. Essentially, the RBunny token was a benefit of receiving the cashback reward. More importantly, the platform promoted financial inclusivity for everyday shoppers to participate in the meteoric rising cryptocurrency market. Notably, many users are hesitant to purchase crypto on designated platforms, so we highlighted a system where they can purchase household items, as well as luxury items, with their native currency and earn the cashback in crypto. This allowed the other 99% to participate in the crypto revolution.
The first thing we did was position Jacky Goh as an expert in Crypto and Blockchain technology as well as gamification. We built on his past successes to highlight that he was a serial entrepreneur and an avid gamer, having spent his entire life immersed in the digital arena. Jacky’s interest in developing new experiences for gamers was a key motivating factor to start DinoMao, the first online claw machine gaming app for the Southeast Asian region. In December 2020, DinoMao was recognized in the Best Game category by AppsUp 2020. Moreover he came to us with a limited media resume we could build on having been featured in the Singapore news media for DinoMao.
To sell the project we focused on highlighting the major partners he was aligned with and accessible for consumers to shop with on the platform such as Walmart, Macy’s, Alibaba, and booking.com, amongst others. We also touted the continual development advancements the company was pursuing and informed the marketplace when they delivered on those promises. They successfully developed a web extension for all major web browsers (such as Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox), and they completed the development and launch of their mobile shopping application in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
We highlighted the customer experience, ease of use, and critical data privacy and security integrated into the shopping platform. Finally, we constructed messaging on both the gamification of shopping and the financial inclusivity angle.
Business Impact (results)
In light of our efforts the company was able to increase its brand awareness recognition. We secured several top-tier placements including in both US News and World Report, The Street, and E-Commerce Times, as well as other high-level outlets. Jacky Goh has spoken on and authored articles discussing wide-ranging topics such as crypto regulation, blockchain technology, gamification, rewards, and NFTs. Moreover, due to its consistent growth over the past several months, the company plans to expand its platform with NFTs after successfully participating in the Johnny Depp project and to offer payment solutions with a crypto debit card.
